Waterford Suite

The Waterford suite at Sysonby Acres is a purpose-built function room, which can be used for all types of activities such as parties, meetings, training events, exercise classes, and much more!

We have tables and chairs that can be arranged to suit your event along with multiple electrical points and a small kitchenette and for an additional charge, we can arrange hot drink facilities. WIFI is also provided free of charge should you require an internet connection.

The environment is safe with wipe-clean surfaces and floors, convenient with plenty of on-site parking, toilet, and kitchen facilities.

We have no objection to you bringing your own food and drink and we have a small preparation area for you to add any final touches.

The facility can be booked by the hour at £20.00 per hour, we do reserve the right to add a minimal surcharge for additional cleaning if the room is hired for anything particularly messy i.e. dog training, painting classes, etc. but that will be discussed at point of booking. We can also work with your caterers for deliveries in anticipation of your hire.
